How Do You Rate Your Books?

5 – Absolutely perfect. The originality, pacing, structure and narrative were above reproach. Can’t imagine it being improved upon.
4.5 – Amazing book I will recommend to everyone. Often these are books I loved from start to finish but something (often it takes a while to figure out what) held back the last half star.
4 – Love these books. They are fabulous and will appeal to all readers.
3.5 – Enjoyed the book a lot, but something was lacking.
3 – Liked it well enough but could easily put it down.
2.5 – Has enough redeeming reasons to be read.
2 – I finished it just because, but often didn’t bother.
1 – Not worth your time.

Do You Facilitate Book Clubs?

Yes! If you live outside of Illinois or over 10 miles from my home, I offer Zoom book clubs! Within 10 miles, I can drive to an in person event barring Covid 19 protocol. For more info, email me at lauren@goodbookfairy.com and put Book Club in the subject line.

Do You Host Book Events?

How Do You Read So Many Books?

I read three books at a time – the key is three different genres. I read one physical book, one on Kindle and listen to one on audio.

Will You Read My Book?

No. All my reviews are unbiased and honest feedback. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are solely my own.
