My Review: 3 stars
This is not a genre I read often and it was a welcome break after the past few books I’ve read that had a large amount of abuse in them. A light read that focuses on Sydney, a college girl who has the perfect long distance boyfriend, an ideal post grad job, yet a drunk one night stand with a friend leaves her with the title…One Pink Line. This book alternates points of view between Sydney and how she deals with her surprise pregnancy and her daughter who struggles with finding her birth father. Set in Chicago, where the author resides, was a bonus for me. It was evident she knew the city as well as the surrounding North Shore suburbs. Quick read that you can soak up in a few hours.
