My Review: 3.5 stars
I loved the premise of this story especially after just reading Lucy, also about bonobo apes so I was thrilled to gain more insight into their world. Unlike many reviewers, I will not compare this to Water For Elephants. This book was a fine reminder of the brilliance of the bonobos and their ability to learn. I loved the scientific parts of this book more than the characters. Truly, this was a satirical look on the human condition, our new pastimes of reality TV and what people will do for money. Good ending and well done overall.
