My Review: 4.5 stars
The Mists Of Avalon tells the story of King Arthur’s court in the most magical and haunting way. This author is a master at fantasy storytelling and to pull off this Arthurian tale is an incredible feat.
Be warned: This book is filled with themes of religion, paganism, feminism, magic, sorcery, politics and legends. It’s a fantastical story with excellent writing. Readers of Lord Of The Rings or The Hobbit will greatly admire this work.
